host of the Official Embla Science website, was born in Sweden
and moved to the USA in 2001 after living and working in France,
Spain, and the Netherlands. Susanne is multi lingual, which
provides a strong basis for developmental relationships with
different cultures globally.
Susanne
possesses a passion for robust health, accomplished by eating
well and participating in effective exercise programs. Susanne
states “Finding the right combination of nutrition and exercise
is very important to me and my involvement as an instructor
with the Swedish based organization Friskis & Svettis.”

busy schedule to prepare wholesome recipes from many different countries
and regions around the world.
